Additionally, we process personal information for creating an account in our customer portal, such as your first and last name, username, and your email address.

Contact information: If you use a contact form on our Website, you will be asked to provide the following information: first name, last name, email address, telephone number and country of residence. Additionally, we also process the Personal Data that you enter in the free text field (please do not use sensitive information such as health information or information regarding criminal convictions). This is information actively provided by you.
      3. Usage information: We process Personal Data related to your use of our Website and webshop: IP address, device ID and type, referral source, language settings, browser type, operating system, geographical location, duration of the visit, visited page, or information regarding the timing, frequency, and pattern of your visit. This information is automatically collected through your use of the Website. Personal data collected via social media channels: we process your Personal Data when a direct connection is established between your browser and the social media channels Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and/or YouTube through the plugin.       7. Usage information: to support the Website and customer portal and to improve your user experience on our Website and customer portal. The purpose of this includes monitoring the security, availability, performance, and health of our Website and customer portal;

Personal Data collected via social media channels: to increase visibility for our social media channels, allow you to easily switch to our social media channels, and give you the ability to share our content on your social media channels.     1. Retention period and removal of your Personal Data
      1. Your Personal Data will not be retained for longer than necessary to fulfill a specific purpose:
        1. If the Personal Data you provide via the contact form or email leads to a collaboration, your Personal Data will be retained as specified in the cooperation agreement. If your request is answered, and no further action is taken, we will delete your Personal Data within a maximum of four weeks and will not retain it any longer.
        2. If your Personal Data is used in the context of your job application, and we decide not to proceed with a collaboration, we may retain your Personal Data for a period of four weeks to potentially contact you if a vacancy becomes available. With your consent, we can retain your Personal Data for a period of one year for this purpose. The reason for this is that your specific profile or expertise may remain of interest to Lifeline solutions in the context of future job openings.
        3. If your Personal Data is used for the purpose of supporting our Website, such Personal Data will not be used for longer than specified in the Cookie Statement (see Article 8 of the Privacy Statement).
        4. If your Personal Data is processed to comply with our legal obligations, such Personal Data will not be retained for longer than specified and in accordance with the relevant applicable laws.
